With a Custom E-brochure 


The e-brochure is a project I have been working on for quite a while.  The original intent was to provide all the information the customer wanted in a user friendly format following each consultation visit.  It would be included in their take home folder along with their consent to treatment, financial arrangement forms and any other pertinent information about their case.  

The idea was to minimize the number of calls following a consultation and to help persuade the "I need to think about it" people to move forward with treatment.  The benefit is that they can review the information at their liesure and all the information they might need is there.  Theoretically it would reduce the number of calls to get questions answered and increase the number of calls to schedule the next visit.

As work continued, it became obvious that this e-brochure would be an excellent adjunct to existing marketing efforts.  It is a great way to help potential patients including  the "shoppers" to better understand the office.  It would not replace the phone calls but it certainly has the potential to facilitate them and increase the odds of gaining them as a customer.

I have to tell you that I never had the chance to actually try this out.  What I can tell you is that the people I mentioned this e-brochure to were very excited about it.  They were also a little disappointed that it was not finished yet.  Based on their responses, the idea seems sound and if available would be highly desired.  

The sample brochure is actually a test site.  When the e-brochure is finished we are going to experiment and see if it influences people in the manner anticipated.   If it does, it could potentially reduce the number of marketing pieces needed thereby reducing expenses.  Wouldn't that be great!  It would be a multi-functional marketing tool!

What can you use this for?
  • Include it in an introductory package to residents in your area (either mailed or delivered in person)
  • Include it in a welcome package so new clients can get to know you and how you practice before they arrive for their first visit
  • Use it during consultation visits as an educational aid (it contains your work so you can site real life examples)
  • Send it home after the consultation for your client to review at their liesure
  • Referral tool - make it available to existing clients and employees for use in referring others (provide this instead of a business card or with one)
  • Give it out at tradeshows 
  • Use it to train new staff members about the practice and understand what you do and why
  • TIP - make this same information available on your web site to help encourage people to call while viewing your web page.
If you are interested and would like your own customized e-brochure, I can do it.  I really enjoy creating these and I would like to create yours.  I figure the real value to be somewhere between $3000 and $6000 based upon the costs of other less involved marketing pieces.

I am offering an introductory fee of $2100.00 which includes development of your custom brochure, revisions during the initial development process, and 50 copies on CD-ROM.  The completed e-brochure CD-ROMS will be delivered to your office individually labeled with your logo and pre-packaged clear jewel cases for immediate use.  

This project is something new that I am very interested in doing for you.  I am limiting the number of offices each month to 4.  If you want to do this, order today to ensure that you get the introductory rate.  Orders are scheduled on a first come, first serve basis.  The quicker you order, the earlier you office can be added to the schedule.  

The process is simple.
  1. Go to my web site and order the "customized e-brochure" from the Goal Achievement Strategies Store.  
  2. If you prefer to pay by check, payments should be mailed with your request to create the e-brochure to Goal Achievements, L.L.C., P. O. Box 751, Lakeland, MI 48143.
  3. You will be contacted upon receipt of your order/payment to discuss the contents you would like included in your e-brochure and make arrangements for the transfer of information between our offices.
How long does it take?

Creation of the brochure can be complete in about one to two weeks.  The actual time frame depends upon how quickly you remit your information including photos and review the details to give final approval.  

What about additional copies?

Additional copies can be purchased at any time.  Quantities range from 25 copies to 200 copies and are priced from $75.00 to $400.00 (the per unit price is between $2.00 and $3.00 depending upon the quantity purchased)

What about revisions in the future (i.e. changing photos, adding testimonials, updating information, etc.)?

Any revisions will be handled on an hourly basis.  My hourly revision rate is $30.00.  My recommendation for revisions is to limit them to once or twice each year unless you have a significant number of photos that you prefer to have updated.  It can be updated at anytime.
